Jaimee Lannister
Jaimee Lannister

Jaimee Lannister

Domestic Short Hair - male - 9 years and 4 months

Jaimee Lannister is a smooth walking, charming kitty with soft, fluffy white fur. He came into care with his heavily pregnant sister (named Cersei) after being abandoned at the pound.
He has grown up in a home environment and loves sleeping on the edge of your bed, and is a greedy-guts who will try and eat all of his sister's food.
While he is a bit timid at first with new people and runs to hide under the couch when you come home from work, after 2 weeks or so, he is lounging around and coming up to you for snuggles. For this reason we will extend his trail period from the standard 2 weeks, to 6 weeks, to allow you both ample time to get used to each other.
He prefers to not be approached for pats or snuggles, and will come up to you when he wants attention, and will quietly jump onto the edge of your bed after you've gone to sleep.
Jaimee Lannister would do well to be adopted together with his sister, Cersei, as they are ying-yang together - while Jaimee can get startled easily and will often hide, Cersei is as cool as a cucumber and not phased by much, so we hope that eventually her calming presence will wear off on Jaimee.

Both of them are located in Olympic Park and would be delighted to meet you!

Jaimee Lannister has been in foster care since 30 September 2017, for 2017.8 years

Smudge
Smudge

Smudge

Dsh - male - 18 years and 6 months

Foster Carer Required: Smudge and sister Pebbles need a new home or foster home as their carer can no longer look after them. They are easy care cats, so if you can give them a permanent home or even just a foster home for a few months we'd love to hear from you asap before they run out of options.

Smudge, and his sister Pebbles, were adopted from DCH as kittens only to find themselves back in our care after 10 years. Luckily, we have found them a temporary home, together, with a lovely DCH foster mum. But limited space means a new home is urgently needed. They have previously lived as indoor/outdoor cats, but in their later years have tended towards venturing out only onto the balcony.

Finding himself in a new home, Smudge overcame his shyness on the evening they arrived - and was the brave one, courageously venturing our to play and have fun with his new foster mum. And showering her with affection. See video link at foot of page.
He has become a little more reticent in recent times, perhaps coming to terms with 3 human flat mates and their comings and goings! Nonetheless, he always LOOOOVES a cuddle and pushes himself at you to tell you when he wants more affection. Once he gets to know people he likes to sit or lay next to them, so we are sure he will blossom in his new home.

As older cats, they enjoy sleeping, of course, becoming more active and playful in the evening. Sounds like a perfect match for a working single or couple. Both have lovely 'bandit' markings and stunning, strokeworthy coats. Super soft, but shed little. The perfect combination!

It would be lovely if they find a furever home together, but - from observations so far - they do not seem particularly co-dependent if you are interested in adopting only one of them.

Smudge is currently located in an apartment just behind Bondi Beach, and looks forward to meeting you.

They are de-sexed, microchipped and inoculations up to date.

Pebbles

Dsh - female - 18 years and 6 months

Foster Carer Required: Pebbles and brother Smudge need a new home or foster home as their carer can no longer look after them. They are easy care cats, so if you can give them a permanent home or even just a foster home for a few months we'd love to hear from you asap before they run out of options.

Pebbles and her twin brother Smudge were adopted from DCH as kittens, only to find themselves back in our care due to family circumstances. Luckily, we have found them a temporary home, together, with a lovely DCH foster mum. But limited space means a new home is urgently needed. They have previously lived as indoor/outdoor cats, but in their later years have tended towards venturing only onto the balcony.

Pebbles has bravely gained confidence in the short time she's been in care, and now seeks out and spends all her time with her 3 human flat mates when they're around. She loves to cuddle, likes to play, and has chosen to sleep on the couch or on a cozy, fluffy blankie. You will see she also like to sit on a pizza box - maybe it makes her feel nice and warm!

Her photos don't really do justice to her beauty.

As older cats, she and her brother enjoy sleeping, of course, becoming more active and playful in the evening.

A visit with Pebbles and Smudge can be arranged at their foster home located at Bondi.

They are de-sexed, microchipped and inoculations up to date.

Pebbles has been in foster care since 17 October 2017, for 2017.8 years

Toby
Toby

Toby

Ragdoll - male - 9 years and 3 months

Lovely natured, highly intelligent and confident boy. Very special, affectionate cat. He's never used his nails even when upset. He is cautious, but curious with other animals. Having said that, care needs to be used around dogs and roads as he doesn't seem to have any sense of fear around them. He needs to be an indoor cat.
Toby sleeps on my bed at night but also chooses to sleep in his own bed. He loves his cat scratch post for exercise as well as his favourite teddy bear. He has been known to play fetch with light balls or balls of aluminium. His previous owner has shown me a video of him walking nicely on a leash as well.
As a long haired cat, he needs to be brushed regularly. His previous owner used to clip his nails.
He has access to a high quality ragdoll dry food and fresh water 24 hours a day at the moment but also loves chicken breast.

Toby has been in foster care since 24 October 2017, for 2017.8 years

Shadow
Shadow

Shadow

Dsh - female - 8 years and 2 months

Mui mui, Shadow's mum, was handed in to a vet by a kind Council Ranger. Very fortunate, since she was heavily pregnant with 3 kittens.

Currently less than a month old, Shadow has only just been able to see the world through open eyes! Such a treat, and she's loving it. As well as playing with her siblings, of course.... which explains why her photos are a bit blurry!

She has been litter trained forever, and will shortly be microchipped , vet checked, and have her first vaccination.

Shadow will be available for adoption by a loving family after she has reached 1kg or 8 weeks, whichever is the later.

If you are interested in adopting Shadow when she has grown, please contact her carer. Located in Lindfield.

Her adoption fee will cover de-sexing at one of our approved vets.

Shadow has been in foster care since 27 October 2017, for 2017.8 years
