Oliver has heaps of personality but at the same time is calm, easygoing and affectionate. Since picking him up from the pound less than a week ago he was put in with another cat and then put in with a kitten as she was missing her best mate who was just rehomed. He has been great with both cats and let the little kitten snuggle up to him on the very first night. Oliver has been introduced to one of my dogs and although I don't think he has been around them too much he isn't that fazed about them either. I will have him spend more time with my dogs before he goes. He has had my 4 year old daughter carrying him around and playing with him and he just flops in her arms. So would definately be fine with cat friendly children. Oliver is just a real no fuss boy looking for a loving home to call his own. He is the sort of cat that would really suit anyone as he is just so easy to get along with.

Staffy x - female
Bonnie may not win many beauty pageants but what a personality! She is smaller and doesn't really look like a Staffy but very much has that sort of temperament: energetic, playful, loyal and a tail that is always wagging. She knows Sit, Stay, Come and leads well. Exercising her is easy because she loves fetching a ball. Bonnie is great with children and would probably do better if she was not an only dog or had an owner who was home a lot.

Chloe is such a gorgeous, happy, sweet natured puppy. She loves to cuddle up on your lap and to carry her soft toys around in her mouth. She likes other dogs big and small and would love another little dog as a playmate. Initially she can be a little bit shy with people but warms up quickly. She's a funny little chook prancing and hoping about when she's playing. Chloe would be happiest as a house dog and is well behaved inside and no trouble to care for. She is currently progressing well with toilet training. Give us a call if you think you could offer Chloe the comfy loving forever home that she deserves.

Stumpy Tail Cattle Dog (with t - female
Poppi is a lively little girl who is believed to be a Stumpy Tail Cattle Dog (with tail). She is in every way true to her breed. She is an independent pup, who is confident and assertive. She likes to play with the older cattle dogs where she is living at the moment, however sometimes forgets that she is tiny in comparison to them. Her current foster home has also afforded Poppi exposure to the cats living there, and although she thinks and acts like they are dogs, when she tries to round them up and play with them, she has done them no harm, so would be suited to a home where there is a dog savvy cat. She loves to play with her toys and while she enjoys the company of the other dogs, she is also more than happy to spend time alone, throwing her toys herself and then chasing them. She is also happy to play with a stick or loose tree branch and will entertain herself for ages with them. While she is only a pup at the moment and has needle like teeth and a tendency to mouth and chew as pups do, she would be best suited to a home where there are older children or no children. Poppi is an active puppy and would love to be part of an active family who will encourage her to direct her energy in a positive way, through play and exercise. And while she is young, playful and can be a bit rough at play, she also has a softer side and enjoys sitting quietly for a pat and a cuddle.

small cross breed - female
Zero: So named because when she arrived she was completely black, has developed some brown patches along her forearms and above her eyes. She is the smallest of the three and the last to open her eyes last week. She seems contented with whoever holds her.
Sky: white with some black on her nose, is the next biggest, has a slightly longer coast than Zero and is putting on weight nicely.
Ski: Female with totally black nose is the fattest of all, the noisiest and most active so far. She has even attempted a couple of little barks when we pick her up.
these babies will be available for adoption after 26/4/08 when 8 weeks old. Enquiries welcome now
please note these pups are not available for interstate adoption and we do not know exactly what breeds they are as they were born in the pound.
