Phoebe is a very gentle, friendly and loving girl; she loves a good chat and she loves to play tag and then retire to a sunny spot for a nap. She will drop directly in front of you rolling onto her back if she wants a pat and sometimes turn it into a game of tag if you ignore her. She loves to snuggle and adores getting and giving a good massage.
Happily keeps your place on the lounge warm for you and lets you know its dinner time my tapping your leg, prompting you to follow her to her bowl.
She has a shy side initially but quickly warms up to you, especially if you're under a pile of blankets.
Phoebe is fully toilet trained and would be best suited to an indoor home or warm enclosed outdoor space. Happy to live with other cats.
Pheobe was adopted on 04 August 2015 after 1 month in foster care

Joey is an extremely friendly, confident, cat who loves to be around people. He is always up for a cuddle and especially a belly rub. He is a real character that would fit into most homes with ease. Joey is used to being indoor only and given his pink ears he is looking for an indoor only home.
Joey would suit apartment living and would be fine alone or with another cat.
Joey was adopted on 12 September 2015 after 3.6 years in foster care

Poor Suicre's owner died suddenly and she is now in foster care awaiting a new home
My name is Suicre (pronounced Sook-rah) and I am a very pretty tortoise shell with tabby patterns that makes me a tabby-tortie or torbie. I have lovely green eyes and a beautiful white chest which I love you to pat when I am in the mood. I will let you know cos I will simply come and lie in front of you!
I am an active and curious cat but not a very courageous one. I like my chin and cheeks stroked more than my head and I don't like being carried.
I have a good appetite but I prefer to eat in portions like before I go out and play and leave a snack to finish afterwards. On nice sunny days I spend most of my time outside and sleep inside. I am a fun little companion to have around.
In addition to Suicre, I also respond to 'Suki' and also 'Susu'. I have a sweet voice and can be talkative.
She is located about a 10 min drive from the Penrith area
Suicre was adopted on 18 September 2016 after 4.1 years in foster care

Sissy is the easiest cat to live with & she ticks all the boxes. She is fine if on her own, greets me each evening like a long lost friend, she is playful, affectionate, gets on well with my 2 older cats & all of the foster kittens that end up in my home. She just takes everything as it comes & she is a very easy going cat.
I love her eyes as they have a very soft look about them as if she has just woken up. She is a dark tabby with no white on her & I love her black paws.
Sissy is now a very healthy energetic cat
Sissy lives with me at Banksia & she would love to meet you if you are looking for the best cat to join your family.
Thanks to Winnie,Tonya and Jaimin for their generous donations towards Sissy's vet care. Her extra expenses have now been fully sponsored
Sissy was adopted on 27 September 2014 after 1.8 years in foster care

Mizuno is the most relaxed smoochy boy you could imagine. He was left tied inside a shoe box outside a friends Pet Supply shop with his 3 other siblings when he was only 4 weeks old. Mizuno wants to go everywhere with you, and is happy to be carried around. Mizuno loves to play with other cats and kittens as well as our large puppy. Because of Mizuno's habit of walking in front of your feet and weaving around your feet when you are walking, he would probably not be suitable for a family with very young children, or for someone who is unstable on their feet.
Mizuno was adopted on 05 June 2015 after 2.7 years in foster care

Aragorn is a really lovely cat who was left tied inside a shoe box with his 3 siblings when he was only 4 weeks old. Aragorn was bottle fed for the first few weeks in foster care until he was old enough to eat solid food. He is a very smoochy, lovable boy who is a joy to have around. He does like to be top cat though, so would be better in a 1 cat family or with another cat who is happy not to be the dominant one. His siblings are Luffy (who has already been adopted), Mizuno and a girl who didn't come into DCH care. Aragorn and his brother Mizuno are extremely alike in looks. Aragorn is happy to play by himself, with other cats and kittens as well as large dogs.
Aragorn was adopted on 25 March 2014 after 1.5 years in foster care

Bo ended up at the local pound after being picked up as a stray. With no Microchip he had 7 days to find a Home or Rescue before his time was up. Luckily for him a DCH carer seen him and took him home where he has been awaiting his Forever Home since. Bo is a friendly young man that would be fine with another cat but has only just met my dogs and is still getting to know them so a calm and gentle dog would be best. Bo is only a small cat and won't grow any bigger, he enjoys his pats very much and would like to find a home with a caring family that will give him time to settle into their home.
BO was adopted on 10 December 2013 after 1.2 years in foster care

Persia is probably the friendliest, most curious cat I have met - she gets along with everyone - people, cats and dogs. Her coat is silky soft, super shiny and easy care and she is equipped with an extra enthusiastic purr motor. She just loves to keep her humans company and will lie on the desk or jump onto a lap for some extra smooches and loving.
This little gem is looking for an indoor only home, preferably without very young children.
Persia was adopted on 09 March 2014 after 1.3 years in foster care

Honey - the last ginger ninja girl - has found her forever home with her foster carer.
Look at us, Look at us! Gorgeous Ginger Ninja Girl I was dumped at the pound without my mummy :-(. I love a cuddle and play time and I am looking for a beautiful indoor home with a secure back yard to keep me safe. I am currently living with my foster carer at Prospect and socialised with some of the cats I have met during my stay here.
You haven't lived until you've owned and been loved by a Ginger Ninja.
