Female DSH Grey & White tabby Zoey had been dumped and was found at 10 weeks old on her own living under a house and she was very underweight and extremely scared of humans. Over time she has slowly became more comfortable around our family and with our busy lifestyle, but initially she is still a little timid around visitors. Zoey is very affectionate once she gets to know you, and especially loves her face rubbed. Zoey is good with other cats. Zoey would love a quiet home, not with young children as she is scared of sudden and loud noises.
Zoey is located at Warrimoo at the bottom of NSW Blue Mountains.
Zoey was adopted on 03 August 2014 after 4 months in foster care

This is Fluffy, very sweet, tiny frame, gentle little boy of 7 yrs. Fluffy was surrendered by his family to DCH on the promise that we would find him a home where he would be greatly loved and cared for.
Well behaved and takes commands reasonably well. Rides well in the car, walks beautifully, loves outdoor adventures, sleeps in or out (always sheltered), house trained and likes to be close by but is not overly needy. He has playful nature with gentle puppy bites and high 5’s. Barks when excited or doing the job of watch dog, he doesn’t mind a small cuddle from time to time either. Seems to be good with small children however I would recommend supervision at all times as Fluffy could easily be hurt by a heavy hand. Fluffy really enjoys the company of other small dogs similar in nature to his own. Ideally we would like to find Fluffy a home with a playmate for fun times and comforting security. Fluffy will need regular grooming and daily brushes, his fur matts easily, he doesn’t mind a gentle groom at all but can get very nervous when bathed. Fluffy is a small boy in a big world that sometimes makes him a little anxious, loud voices and noises like thunder and fireworks frighten him. Fluffy would also suit and active retired couple who are looking for a grand dog to care for and take on small loved up adventures.
Fluffy is cared for at Padstow.
Fluffy was adopted on 17 May 2014 after 2 months in foster care

These two siblings were rescued as young kittens and have been desexed and microchipped but sadly no luck in finding them forever homes all this time. They are now 6 months old, beautiful natured cats but in need of a permanent home.
If you can help give either of these cats a home, there is 1 boy and 1 girl, then please contact Christine on 9684 6582

Buttons and her siblings were abandoned without their mother at 1 week of age and were taken in by DCH. Buttons is looking for an extra special family to provide lots of TLC and a loving home where she needs to be an indoor cat only as she has undergone surgery on her upper eyelid as she was born with an agnesis defect. Surgery has fixed her defect and apart from the aesthetic appearance of having smaller eyes than normal cats, we have been advised by our vets that she should live a perfectly normal life. Buttons is an absolutely beautiful medium hair girl who is very affectionate and playful.
Buttons was adopted on 29 May 2014 after 1 month in foster care

Little Blossom was discovered wet and terrified after being chased into an inground pool by some dogs. She is a lovely little girl who purrs like crazy when you scratch her tummy and because her coat is longer than most she just loves nothing more than a good brush.
Blossom eats well and is toilet trained, she loves to play and she is looking for a home where she will be an indoor cat only, this is especially important so she doesn’t get her nose and ears sunburnt because of their fair colour.
Blossom is only 6 weeks old and because of this she will not be able to go to her new family for a few weeks.
If you are looking for a special little fur baby to bring joy to your life Blossom could just be the girl for you!
All she will ask in return is your undying love - she would love to meet you and after her terrifying experience at such a young age. She is guaranteed to give you lots of love back.
Blossom was adopted on 29 April 2014 after 2 weeks in foster care

Sass is the best cat ever, totally loving and a massive sooky boy.
I think he is a dog stuck in a cat body, as he follows me everywhere, loves going for a drive in the car and goes crazy for a game of fetch.
Sass would be best suited to a home where there are people home a lot of the time and where he would also have the company of another cat/cats.
Sassy was adopted on 18 May 2015 after 1.1 years in foster care
