Fox Terrier x Chihuahua - male
Hi, my name is 'CHACHI'. Chachi is a very energetic and friendly little fella. He gets on great with other dogs and is becoming very good with cats. Has not had much on-lead walking experience but is getting much better with every day that goes by. He is a very no fuss, friendly, cute little pleasure. He loves a cuddle and will quite happily sneak up on your bed in the middle of the night if he gets too cold. Will make somebody an amazing companion and will give you endless love and cuddles. He looks forward to finding his new forever home and making some lifetime memories.
CHACHI was adopted on 17 January 2015 after 1 month in foster care
Palouse - gelding
Moonshine - Palouse Gelding, 10hh, 8yrs
*Foster Carer Needed* - If you can offer Moonshine a foster (or permanent) home we'd love to hear from you.
Moonshine is an intelligent, inquisitive pony. He's a good doer and enjoys the company of other horses, especially as he was without companionship for a long time before coming to us. Moonshine has lead a lonely life and has had limited training, also judging by some of this reactions he was possibly abused at some stage. Despite this, he is calm once haltered and can be lead, brushed, lunged and has been attended to by the farrier and equine dentist.
He is a quick leaner and is full of personality.
Moonshine needs a home with experienced horse people who have access to an enclosed area or house yard to handle and work with him in, in addition to paddock grazing.
He needs an owner/handler who's patient, calm, experienced with young/fearful/mistreated horses, who's willing to take the time he needs to fully regain his trust in people.
Once educated, he'll make a fantastic lead or ridden pony, or he could be trained to harness. Also due to his colour he can be registered with the Australian Palouse Pony Association.
If you feel you can give Moonshine a great temporary; or permanent home, please contact us.

Washer is such a special little man with so much love and companionship to give when he finds his forever owner/s.
Washer, appropriately named by his rescuer due to assisting her with the washing up. Washer was rescued from a golf club by a lovely lady and he is now safe in foster care. It is reported that there was some cruelty from humans towards Washer, therefore he can come across a little weary at times, however has come so far in a very short amount of time. He really has come forward in leaps and bounds.
He loves a cuddle and will roll on his back, then lift his hind leg for a lower belly rub. He is absoultly loves being held, will knead your arm while rubbing his head against your chin and rest his head on you while falling asleep. At present he demands to be picked up as many times as you will do it when you are at home. He will just stay in you arms for as long as you will let him, unless there is something to play with. He will lay on you and likes to be picked up so he can settle in your first before you la down with him.
He absolutely LOVES food and will try pretty much anything, especially if you've left something out or are not paying attention to your dinner plate. Washer is now pretty used to human creature comforts and although may be slightly weary on arrival to a new home. I would suggest he be introduced to one room at a time. It only took him a couple of days with his current foster carer, although there may be some hissing at first. Some BBQ chicken will help make friends quickly. Washer is currently living with 7 other foster cats and a budgie bird. He could be housed with other foster brothers V8 firstly, then Kenny or Piccolo however this is not essential.
I would strongly advise Washer to now remain as indoor only cat. Washer will most likely be scared on his first meeting with his forever owners so he is able to be trialled for a few weeks and more information can be given to help him settle in on inquiry. I i

*Nov16: Ginge has been waiting patiently for his forever home for almost 2 years. Please help give him a new home for Christmas*
Ginge is such a little darling and he's been in care so long we are hoping that someone out there will give him a go and get to know him.
Ginge enjoys playing with the other cats at his carers place and with his foster carer. His favourite game is chasing and eating dry food slid along the ground. He doesn't mind being picked up and held over your shoulder for a few seconds at a time. If you're lucky he will stay there for a few minutes purring and kneading the air. With the command of 'Ginge gentle' he will lick your hand instead of biting when in a playful mood pretending he wanted a belly rub.
He had a very rough start to life so is extremely timid with unfamiliar people. He will run and hide in the smallest spot and won't come out for a good hour after visitors have left. As a result, Ginge would not suit a household with young children. He needs a forever home that will give him the time and strategies he needs to settle in.
As Ginge will not welcome you with open paws, he is able to come on a trial stay and can come back to his current carer if it does not work out. His foster carer can give some tips on introducing timid cats to a new home and family.
Please don't look past this very handsome boy, you won't be disappointed once you have given the time to get to know him!!!
Ginge was adopted on 18 March 2017 after 2.2 years in foster care

I love all my foster babies but Paris is very special. She is a pretty kitten who is very petite. She is everything a kitten should be, playful, cheeky, loves a cuddle anytime, sleeps on my 90 year old Mum's lap for hours & purrs all the time.
Paris is sharing her home with older cats & an 11 month old Malamute x Staffy dog so she has been well socialised & copes & enjoys all different situations.
Paris has the type of personality that will suit any loving & caring environement & although she has not had much experience with children I can guarantee she will fit into any home.
Paris is living at Banksia so please call me if you would like to meet her you will not be disappointed as she is a special girl.
