Teddy
Teddy

Teddy

Pomeranian x - male

Hi my name is Teddy, I sadly ended up at the pound and found myself owner less, but lucky for me my foster parents came along and rescued me. Since being in foster care I have proved myself to be a very loving and loyal little man. I am toilet trained and would love to be an indoor dog where I can get all the belly rubs that I deserve! I love to follow my foster parents everywhere around the house just In the hope I get a pat... And I always do. I am a little bit overweight so I need a regular healthy diet with plenty of exercise, but I love to play with toys and I can bring a ball back so I don't have to be walked everyday I just need a owner to play with or another dog to chase around.. I love other dogs and cats too. If you think you can give a fantastic home please call to meet me.. I would love to meet you!!

Pickles
Pickles

Pickles

DMH - female

Pickles came to us from the pound with cat flu and her kittens aborted prematurely because of this. She came from the pound with Onions who was also pregnant and once Onions kittens were born she helped feed these 5 kittens who also unfortunately died also because of cat flu. Then we received a call that 3 x 3 week old kittens were homeless as their mum had been run over by a car so to give them a chance we placed them with Pickles and Onions and these girls feed and raised Tastie, Chedda and Brie who found great homes. They also tried desperately to rear 7 kittens but just did not have enough milk. Pickles is a lovely quite, gentle undemanding girl who would make a great lap cat, is not overly active she prefers to wander than run and likes lazing around somewhere soft and comfy.

Smudge
Smudge

Smudge

male

Smudge loves playing with his ball of paper. He seems to be either chasing the ball or mouse around the house or fast asleep. He loves human company and will follow you around the house. He gets on well with all the other cats. He is not a needy cat. He was wary of the dog initially but now that he sees there is no threat he is not bothered by the dog at all. He will sit at the door watch the dog. He is a lovely boy and will fit in to any home.

Millie
Millie

Millie

Small Mini Foxie - female

Millie is a real little cutey. Even though she only weighs 2 kgs she gets along great with all dogs and was actually found with a male staffy and was quite upset when they were separated. She would love another canine companion but does love people and cuddles so would be fine as long as she had someone around. Due to her small size she would probably not be suited to smaller children and as she would feel the cold she would definitely need to be inside at night at least. Millie would not need much exercise but does love getting out and is good on a lead. She certainly doesn't eat much but is not a fussy eater. Millie will love whomever can give her a loving, caring home. She is being cared for in the Wollongong area.

Millie was adopted on 16 May 2009 after 2 weeks in foster care

Montana
Montana

Montana

Shepherd x - female

Montana is going to grow up to be a beautiful looking girl. She has 4 white paws and a lovely dark muzzle. She will be fairly large so will definitely need training to ensure she is a well-behaved young lady. Montana loves other dogs and her favourite thing at night is to curl up next to any other dog that is near. She is a typical puppy and loves chewing her toys and playing games. Montana would be fantastic for children but would dearly love other dogs as she has been surrounded by them since being out of the pound and just loves being with them. Montana is being cared for in the Wollongong area.

Savanna and Lily

Kelpie x - female

Lily (tan with white chest): Lily is the quietist puppy but also the most curious, she's the one who finds all the good things to play with.

Savannna (black, white and tan): Savanna is the smallest pup with a lovely temperment, she's happy just to sit on your lap

Savanna and Lily was adopted on 16 May 2009 after 2 weeks in foster care

Riley
Riley

Riley

Border Collie x - male

Riley has been returned to us after 5 years as the family had a child and no longer wanted him around them. Riley is cross-eyed but that only adds to his charm. He suffers from separation anxiety and at the moment will hardly eat because he is missing the family and simply doesn't understand why he has been put in someone elses backyard.

Poor Riley first came into care when he was rescued from the pound when he was around 10 months old, he had been extremely abused and starved (he was the skinniest dog I had ever rescued). Riley slowly began to trust humans, his anxiety issues started to settle and he began to put on weight. At about 13 months he was adopted, and was with his owner for the last 5 years. He gets along well with female dogs, big or small but is not good with dominate male dogs. Riley is scared of cats and stays out of their way. He is fine with older children, but is quite scared of young children. Riley does not like the water and bath time can be a real challenge. All in all, Riley is one of the best dogs you will ever meet, all he wants in life is a family to love him FOREVER, and to take him for long walk.

Riley was adopted on 15 March 2014 after 5 years in foster care

Little Miss
Little Miss

Little Miss

DSH - female

Little Miss was rescued from an industrial site where she had been in the back of a storeroom for 3 days with no food and then was kicked out onto the street to die. When we found this out we rescued her straight away and we have not regretted it for a second. Her lovely nature just warms your heart and she will be sadly missed by her carers when she goes. She is an adorable little girl who loves cuddles and sleeping close by. She gets along well with adult cats, loves to play and has a special toy she takes with her everywhere. She will make an excellent addition to any family.

Sooty's Babies: Craig and Bluff
Sootys Babies: Craig and Bluff

Sooty's Babies: Craig and Bluff

DSH - male

Craig is an exceptionally intelligent kitten. When he decides that it is time for a cuddle, there is nothing that will stop him. He catches your eye from a distance and just runs up on to your lap and rubs his face all over yours. He is an extremely active boy, who will always be found in the midst of any rumblings that are going on with his siblings. He will need to live an indoors only life due to his white nose. This boy is full of character.

Sooty's Babies: Craig and Bluff was adopted on 12 May 2009 after 2 months in foster care
